Paul McGrady

​Paul is an innovator in the intellectual property space who enjoys a nationwide reputation as the go-to professional for legal work at the intersection of information technology and intellectual property. In addition to his legal practice as a Partner of Elster & McGrady, a Chicago-headquartered IP boutique, he is a co-founder and General Counsel of Humanable, a Nashville-based music industry startup which has developed a solution to reduce the impact of generative AI music on the real music ecosystem. He sits on ICANN's GNSO Council and is the author of two social media law published by Lexis-Nexis.
