Geoff Campbell

SVP, Strategy & Business Development, Condé Nast

Geoff Campbell is the SVP of Strategy, Business Development at Condé Nast leading corporate strategy and partnerships.  He also leads company activities related to AI including licensing and applications of AI inside Condé Nast. 

 

Prior to Condé, Geoff was responsible for business development for a machine learning company, Praxis Pioneering. Praxis clients include Universal Music Group (“UMG”) and the US Defense Department. The company uses large data sets to focus on demand forecasting and supply chain optimization.  

 

Before Praxis, Mr. Campbell was SVP of Business Development and Operations at UMG. He led commercialization for UMG's film and television properties. Mr. Campbell also led the deployment of Praxis technology at UMG’s $200M eCommerce business. 

 

Mr. Campbell held similar positions at SlingTV and Sony and has been a start-up founder in the digital media space.  He built the financial plan for Jeffrey Katzenberg’s Quibi and Paramount’s entry into ad supported video with their acquisition of PlutoTV.  He's worked in private equity for a Goldman Sachs, General Atlantic Partners, and BCG JV and began his career as a Consultant at BCG. He graduated from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University in Canada.
